Warranty & Returns

Every KaheLock case is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. If your case ever fails under normal use — the seal, the threads, the body, the disposal side, any part of it — we will repair or replace it free of charge, for as long as you own it.

No registration required. No receipt hunt. If it came from us and it failed doing what it was built to do, we make it right.

“Limited” means it covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover loss, theft, deliberate misuse, or ordinary cosmetic wear. This warranty does not take away any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Changed your mind? Return your unused case within 30 days for a refund. No restocking fee. If KaheLock isn’t for you, send it back.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Send the case back unused and in its original condition and we’ll refund the product price to your original payment method. Original shipping and return shipping are not refundable.

Purchasing a Field Issue 01 unit? Your order is fully refundable until it ships. Change your mind any time before your unit goes out and we refund you in full — your founder seat is held right up until then.

Once your unit ships, the lifetime warranty and the 30-day return window above take over.

One email. Write us at aloha@kahelock.com with your order number and a sentence on what you need — a warranty replacement, a return, or an order refund. We’ll reply with a prepaid label or process the refund directly. That’s the whole process.

We keep this short on purpose. The lifetime warranty covers failure under normal use. It does not cover loss or theft, or a case that was deliberately destroyed — but honest wear, a seal that gives out, a thread that strips, a part that breaks in the water it was built for: that’s on us, for life.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days once we receive the return. This policy applies to purchases made directly through kahelock.com. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
