Terms of Service

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal nicotine age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use this site or purchase products. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and refuse or cancel any order if we have reason to believe the buyer does not meet it.

The KaheLock Micro Case 01 is an accessory — a waterproof carry case sized for standard nicotine pouch tins. It is sold empty. It contains no nicotine. We make no claim about the performance, health, or safety benefits of using nicotine pouches.

Brand names referenced on this site (including Zyn®, VELO®, Rogue®, and similar) are trademarks of their respective owners. KaheLock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those brands. Brand names are used only to describe physical fit (the standard pouch tin format) and search intent. We do not use any brand's logos, color palette, or trade dress.

• Field Issue 01 is sold by preorder. We charge your card at the time you place the order.
• We ship when the batch ships. You will receive a single shipment notification email — we do not send drip marketing.
• You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the batch ships by emailing aloha@kahelock.com.
• Estimated ship dates are estimates. We will email if the timeline changes materially.

• Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• By placing an order, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your card the total at checkout — product price plus any shipping and applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

• We ship to the countries listed at checkout. International duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
• Shipping rates and delivery times are estimates and may change due to carrier or customs delays outside our control.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you on our delivery of the unit to the carrier.

• Before the batch ships: cancel any time for a full refund — email aloha@kahelock.com.
• After delivery: you may return unused units in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product price.
• Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the unit arrived defective.

You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe any rights, transmit malicious code, scrape content at scale without permission, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the site.

All content on the site — text, photography, renders, the KaheLock word mark, and the KaheLock K mark — is owned by KaheLock Goods Co. unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission.

• The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except where required by law.
• We make no claim about the performance benefits of nicotine pouches, and we do not encourage or endorse their use.
• Nicotine is addictive. Pouch products are intended only for adults of legal nicotine age.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaheLock Goods Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site or the products. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the products is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

You agree to indemnify and hold KaheLock Goods Co. harmless from any third-party claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [jurisdiction TBD] without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [venue TBD], and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
